The comment posted by me was just my personal view. and Talking about TVC mail there are many factors which made this train to run with a longer duration now, by the way on records it's not delayed because they have increased the actual duration by giving a buffer in the running time and most of the time it reached on time ( including the buffer time - which was not supposed to be actual when compared ) and yes another factor is diverting it through CBE, it's not running late while diverted through CBE , but its running time increased. yes, my dear friend as you said all the record shows that 12623/24 runs on time most of the time, that was made like that to hit the punctuality percentage. Hope it ran in a short duration when numbered 6319/20 ( Number 20 Madras Mail)
