Gurudaspur se sidha Kathua train jane ke liye Bharoli Jn mein Bypass plan kiya NR ne. abhi ASR-JAT ke trains ko PTK mein reverse karna parta hain. Bharoli bypass ho jaye toh PTK mein reversal nahi karna padhega
This is a very nice proposal. Now ASR PTKC is also almost electrified, it makes complete sense to avoid reversal at PTKC. What is the progress there?
Other day I was wondering if any bypass could be at ASR too for trains coming from PTKC and going towards Beas?

great idea for having byepass in amritsar towards pathankot.. it can be manawala-verka junction bye pass.. whether bharoli bye pass is santioned by railway?
