Drm Malda told in an interview that he has asked to give a new train between Ranchi and Saharsa instead of diverting this train from Bhagalpur. Malda div was asked for the feasibility report for this diversion
Looks like this diversion has been proposed from railway board

Affected region jo bhi ho diversion hona ni chaiye. Aj Rnc bgp ko Jmp-Bgp pe divert kar ra ha, kaal agr Jamalpur super ko Bgp-Jmp se divert karke Godda ya Dumka vejde ye kehe k ki Jmp k pas already Gaya aur Upper India ha Kolkata jane k lia tab bhi ap same baat bologe??? Aj dusro k sath ho ra ha to kaal apke sath bhi ho sakta ha
