My question is different and I am not objecting on this TL.
Usually DEMU have MPS 95-100 and track MPS 110.
But here MPS is 90.
So which one is correct among given 2 scenarios.

DEMU rake MPS is 90 but ICF rake can do 100/110 or whatever track MPS.
2. Track MPS is constrained to 90 for all trains but DEMU rake can do 90+ on other routes.
My question arises because in Sadulpur-Rewari section, track MPS is 110 and DEMU do 95-100
