my waiting won't got confirmed as it was W/L 9,CK but after the chart preparation it reduced to W/L 1 what should i do as it is e-ticket.please tell me as i am in big trouble now!

i just wanted to know that can i travel with tatkal w/l 1 e-ticket if not then how should i cancel it so that i can get refund!
