Timings of Thiruvananthapuram Central-Kanyakumari MEMU is as follows: Thiruvananthapuram Central (9 a.m.), Nemom (9.10 a.m.), Balaramapuram (9.16 a.m.), Neyyattinkara (9.22 a.m.), Amaravila (9.26 a.m.), Dhanuvachapuram (9.31 a.m.), Parassala (9.38 a.m.), Kuzhitturai West (9.46 a.m.), Kuzhitturai (9.54 a.m.), Palliyadi (10.01 a.m.), Eraniel (10.10 a.m.), Veerani Aloor (10.16 a.m.), Nagercoil Town (10.25 a.m.), Nagercoil Juncton (10.40 a.m.), and Kanyakumari (11.55 a.m.).

In the return direction, the MEMU will begin its journey from Kanyakumari at 2.50 p.m., and reach Thiruvananthapuram Central (5.50 p.m). Consequent to the introduction of 12-car MEMU rake for 56307/56308 Kollam Junction-Thiruvananthapuram Central-Kollam Junction passenger trains, the 56715 Punalur-Kanyakumari Passenger will be terminated at Thiruvananthapuram Central. The train will reach Thiruvananthapuram Central at 9.45 a.m.
