Valid suggestion. I guess though they have sent proposal for LHB and rake rationalisation for this train in the IRTTM 19. But dont think it has been approved. Too many requirement of rakes ( 198) which almost makes it difficult. But yes till the time it materialises they should ideally try and standardise the rake to avoid delays

The extension to CBE was not due to PF constraints. It was because of several other factors.
Before the opening of the Konkan railway, all the trains from Kerala to Bombay passed through CBE/KPD. Trains like Netravati, and all the weeklies from Gujarat/Rajasthan to Kerala used to pass through the GTL-RU-KPD-CBE-SRR or the GTL-KJM-JTJ(bypass)-CBE-SRR routes. So, there were many trains to Bombay from this portion.
Once KR was opened, except the Jayanti Janata, all other trains were diverted via KR, depriving this section of trains to Bombay. With most of the SBC-GTL-Bombay route

being on single line, the line capacity was very less. So, to serve as many places as possible with a single train, the Bangalore-Kurla train was extended to CBE, instead of introducing a separate train. Similarly, due to less line capacity on the YPR-UBL-Miraj route, the Chalukya express was extended to PDY/TEN instead of introducing a separate train.
These problems will persist until both routes are doubled.

I know all these 3 trains have a standardized rake since a long time but the thing is all these 3 trains are not at all punctual in return direction and all 3 of them have more or less same turnaround time at LTT so it doesn't makes that big difference, atleast 12141/42 & 11013/14 should be given 4th rake

They should not attach this unofficial RSA with 11013/11014. They should demand 4 rakes separately for this train.

After about 32 hours run from LTT, very less time available at CBE- enough only to complete sweeping and cleaning of toilets.
