Will I get full refund(for all the passengers WL+RAC+CNF) if the ticket remains partially wl/rac on cancellation after chart preparation..its a E-ticket..?will I need to file tdr??

I have to two tickets for the same,,one is SL with status-CNF,RAC1,RAC2,RAC3,RAC4 and one in 3AC with status- RAC6,WL1,2,3,4 ...Is there anyy chce of 3ac getting confirmed...its a long journey so...i feel my parents travel comfortably...whats ur advice..?
