Can't ICF/Hybrid LHB coaches be used with HOG technology?If no,why not?

But previous Rajdhani and Shatabdi s used to run with EOG i think
50-60% coaches are near to its codal life,why convert with such pain/money
Old Rajdhani liveried ICF coaches are not self-generating. They were powered by EOGs as Self-gen system is not suitable for higher speeds
Is it because self generation will involve more number of batteries and will have heavy weight??
