KCG to VSKP can be done in 12 hrs easily. It can easily reach by 11:55 with present schedule. If 23:30 then it can reach by 11:30
Return it should start at 15:50 and reached KCG by 4:15 , as we hav first MMTS is at 4:45 am only.

Present 3.15 am arrival at KCG is useless. as u said first MMTS towards SC/LPI is at 4.40am pax should wait least one hour at KCG for MMTS as there is no proper connectivity to KCG station. Instead terminating the train at SC would be fine as connectivity will be good. But PM and technical issues are a hindrance.
They better extend to bidar with stops SC, BMT, Hafeezpetm, LPI, Vikarabad.
