I feel Mangaluru Vijayapura exp ahould be extended to atleast Secunderabad via Solapur and Kalburagi.. both stn have no direct connectivity with MAJN and Goa till now..
Lots of things have swiftly moved especially in Oct and nov till date. I guess they have also realised that from November 11 (Monday) election model code of conduct is being enforced so better to quickly role out things. Yesterday (9-Nov) there were 3 things which happened in SBC division (Inaugration of renovated AC waiting hall, new escalator in one of the platforms and also flagging of WFD-SBC DEMU train).

It's Jan Shatabdi exp not Shatabdhi Exp. Even Hubli dont have Shatabdhi exp yet. Only Bengaluru and Mysuru in whole state who enjoys Shatabdhi exp connection. Still North karnataka cities have to develop lot in terms of Speed trains, education, jobs, water crisis problems...
