Yes, this could be however recently.
I had only heard these claims, last I travelled was in Dec 2017 and speed was miserably slow, even less than 50 I would presume.
I was in Triveni Express.
Come 29th Dec, I had a ticket between TATA-ALD in 18101. Then only I could get clear view regardless of the claims by either of NCR ALD division...
