the 3E coaches have an extra Side Middle Berth. actually a high capacity coach, mainly used in garib rath trains and in some durontos(e.g. 12267/68 BCT - ADI duronto)
earlier sealdah duronto also had it,later removed and all passengers upgraded to 3a from 3e,that too free of cost...
