Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

IR is just looting people by these spl trains as most of them runs with massive delays and even dont have basic amenities in coaches and these trains are not given much importance also by IR and every zones.

Earlier IR is running these spl trains with normal fares and that time also these spls are getting spl treatment but now passengers are paying high fares and they are not getting good treatment in terms of amenities in train and run of these trains
