The mighty veteran Purulia Express serving for decades, daily commuters' lifeline and witness to a Rising Bengal! - Soumyadip Mahato

Goosebumps!! Two chuggers from the famous loco shed of South Central Railways - GOOTY WDM-3D 11114 & 11351 (lashed together) standing on platform 1 of DBG with Bihar Sampark Kranti Superfast Express bound to New Delhi. Due to yard remodeling and interlocking works going on at Tundla, train was diverted for a week, via Burhwal - Sitapur City - Roza and was hauled by diesel locomotive throughout the journey. Luckily, 12566 Dn Express came here with these two locomotives previous night, on Oct. 17, thousands of kilometres far-off from their southern zone! (October 18, 2019)
