Railway ne Garib Rath ki Immense success dekh kar Humaafar launch kare lekin in ko pata nahi Garib Rath - Garib Rath hai.
Due to wrong fare policy & bad Time table HS trains are failed, i think 50:50 of Sleeper & 3ACC will be good combination & fare must be fixed @ 1.3% for all distance slab.
But with no offenses, NCR ne usme SL na add kerna ka bahut bekaar bahana dia h...
Reduce the fare, at least make it fix. Paying Flexi for a train running at 49KMPH as avg speed is not at all accepted.
