I am in total accordance with you.
But the fact is that, the processes, feasibility studies and demands are no longer served in Railways. Its all about money. And political appeasements. Nothing more or less.
Many non efficient trains are running for political appeasements, and many non regular trains are running over 100% load. But its like RB intentionally not doing this.
