Icf ho na lhb ho ,agar 130 me chalega then nuksaan to hogi.Except ac coaches because they are much much heavier than sleeper coaches. Ac coaches ka nuksaan kam hoti hei (lhb or icf).Sleeper lhb or icf ka thora difference hei in term of hull loss.

Lhb Sleeper version is good
I think problem is with wheels.
Railways should do R&D on wheels.

I don't think quality has a serious issue but maintaunance makes the difference raj are maintained somewhat better than normal sf also raj are full ac
But lhb 130 accident will have less or no casualty as compared to icf 110
But we shouldn't compare two coaches on different speeds
