Other section like Angul-Talcher-Sambalpur, Jharsuguda-Sambalpur-Titlagarh has completed the electrification & trains are also running with e-locos, Only Raipur-Titlagarh section is running with diesel locos
Specially trains like SAMATA , PURI-AHMEDABAD EXP, LINK EXP, VSKP -LTT , PURI -SNSI, PURI-DURG , VSKP-BKGT & few more trains are still with Diesel loco

I agree completely, None of the Vskp trains got LHB coaches so far where in puri & BBS trains mostly are LHBfied , racism towards VSKP , completing Raipur - Titlagarh with fully electrified & Double line will definitely benefit with increased Goods traficking & also creates good connectivity to North & west India
