I have got the sleeper in tatkal, but also booked this one.... just in case... can u tell me if the sleeper ticket can get confirmed by TT at the station?? or is it possible to get this AC ticket confirmed by any means???

You will get the final status at the time of charting.
But if it get confirmed then you have to loose the amount paid at sleeper ticket.
Because as per rules if confirmed tatkal ticket cancelled when the dep time of train is less than 24 hours the refund will be zero.

i have this sleeper as the backup..... dont mind Rs500 if i get AC its a 22 hour journey and malwa always takes 26 hours on average....
Then it is fine.
