The train is slowed down due to temporary speed restriction of 45 KMPH between NMDA(New Morinda-SNL(Sanehwal) section.
What happened to this section ?
Why TSR of 45 kmph ?
Also morinda - sahnewal is a long stretch ..

As per my frequent observation the track is not fit for speedy motion. Also I have observed that soil has also lapsed under the tracks due to rains.
Earlier Kharar - New Morinda Stretch was also restricted to 45 kmph, but now NR/UMB has worked on it for an year and track is good now.
Hope they soon start restoration of NMDA - Sahnewal section. But it would take time at leadt 1.5 years from now.

It is comparatively new track with only 6-7 years life, why such poor quality of work with less trains running?
