Could have been used in some other route not by making 30mins journey into a 2hrs journey. No one will prefer this train
Yes the return one is a total waste. Will be preferred post Nergundi
There are lots of better mode of communication from.cuttack to bhubaneswar like buses etc which are much more faster than this one. No one will think of using this train. Will run fully vacant for sure. Rather they could have used it for running to Puri which could have catered more demand
It's just rake utilisation I think. May be using Palasa Memu ..
