I had spotted new poles being erected on the DLS line. Is it being electrified? If so what's the status of electrification of the LS?

Yes electrification work is going inside KJM ELS. It will be completed in another 3 months

And is it true that only 5 WAP7s are allocated to KJM? Any news on when the WAG9/9Hs might arrive to KJM?

5 P7s were transferred from RPM. By next month end KJM will receive all 4 G9 that had been alloted. From now DLW, DLMW, CLW will allot new P7s to KJM
