If no trains are running in Indian railways network currently, so where all these trains, coaches would have been parked?
Do we have this much of space in our railway yards?

Good question indeed... Many would have been kept on the loop lines I guess, even the yards could be used to accommodate the extra non running rakes. Others can give a better answer to this.
In mumbai all
EMU/MEMUs are parked in car sheds,sidings,stabling lines.
Coaches - In Yards,Coaching Depots,stabling line
Locos - loco sheds & trip sheds.

CSMT,LTT,DR,MMCT,BDTS are holding some train rakes on platform for sanitizing coaches from COVID-19
But this is the case of our whole country, lets see every train gets cleaned and sanitized properly in this time period.
