Almost on all days, the some central line local trains are late. Also the frequency can be planned better as instade of more trains for cst in morning, there should be more trains for thane. This will help to divert the public in proper way & make the people more comfortable. For the punctuality, it is not very good in last few months & also RB also visited the CR authorities to imrove the punctuality. If we want to give any suggestion or improvements in services, how can we?
