Passengers and luggage are being sanitized before they enter the station. Normal screening is done while entering the station.

Update: My relatives de boarded at Delhi yesterday, 16th March. There was no testing done for them. However, they were not allowed to go outside from station as they had their ticket to Ludhiana in New Delhi - Jammu AC Covid Special for evening. Those who had break journey, they were asked to stay in platform itself. No shops/food arrangements were made.
There were waiting rooms opened, but only fans were working. No AC waiting rooms were opened in NDLS station. No police/government officials later came to ask questions or for screening.
