I booked a ticket for this train to MAJN from prs counter. I didnt get the seat number, nor it was in waitlist. why this thing is happened. till it is showing as Avbl?

but, actually this type of situation will encounter only to the passengers who booked in RAC or WL. But I booked it when it was AVbl, ....but due to some railway tech probs, this is happening.....
