Hi, i have booked a ticket under tatkal for padmavathi express i.e sleeper coach from warangal to tirupathi dated 24th june 2012. Now it is showing WL 14 and my PNR status is 455-4794950. shall i know, berth will confirm or not?

One of the rules in this site is that prediction about the future/final status of a wl or RAC ticket should only be made in the PNR forum.
I'm trying to post in PNR forum but i'm not able to post my query? shall i know the procedure how to post under PNR?
