Reorganization of service of 16331/32, 16339/40, 16351/52.
UP Nagarcoil - Mumbai Express has been speeded up by 1 hr 45 mins and change in the slot of DOWN Nagarcoil Express.
Now it will depart from CSMT at 20:35 (Dadar - Chennai Superfast slot).
So TAT has been reduced from 15 hrs to 1.5 hrs at CSMT. ...

Earlier TAT was 15 hrs, so probably they want to free stabling line to accommodate other trains, hence agreed.
That's true, UP train delay will delay entire journey of DOWN train.
