This train got extended and now its average speed is way less than 55kmph. When the SF tag will be removed, so that so amount of money would be saved for common people.
12553 has avg speed 54kmph and 12554 has avg speed mere 52kmph.

Look at 12558 its avg speed is just 49 yet it is a Superfast. Railways is not interested in following its own rules.
