Justification:
1. This was mainly planned for providing daily intercity connection between guntur, AP capital amaravati (mangalgiri) and vijayawada to kadapa, northern parts of kadapa district and southern parts of kurnool district.

2. starting it from kakinada for terminal purposes, but did it via delta regions for ensuring newer daily connectivity. From there it may help for intermediate passengers also.

3. Also it ensures day time connectivity between delta and port city - kakinada to rayalseema.
