No , swapping cannot be done , if rb has decided to run ac exp with lhb then decision is final...
the PROPOSED Kakinada AC Express is Expected to get ICF RAJdhani Rake(Either of RNC/BSP/JAT RAJ,Which are likely to get LHB'fied this Year)
It has been Clearly Mentioned in the Railway Board Circular that it will get ICF Rake..
Also There are less chances of having RSA with SHM AC Express/LTT Duronto.Since It's a tri-weekly train & requires a FULL dedicated Rake + Spare Coaches to run.I think base Maintenance will be at COA only.
