Shimoga Ranebennur and Shimoga Harihar both lines are referred. Doubtful whether Harihar line will be laid. Clarity will help.

Also, Talaguppa Honnavara should be executed to connect Malnad region to Coastal/ Konkan railway.

Talguppa honnavar 80km shelved due to high cost. And according to article quoting swr official said now with smet rnr Smet-hrr is redundant
