It looks like some railway personnel of Eastern railway has leaked this letter in public domain, maybe here in this site and maybe in Facebook and other sites. From there this letter it seems like got circulated everywhere even in news channels. After Railway board members came to know about this internal letter got leaked they took social media to declare this as Fake news. According to me the culprit of spreading this news is some Eastern Railway staff. In this site who posted this letter first in any post is also a culprit. Why you guys spread any news without verifying it just to get ratings and likes? Also why Railway personnel leak your confidential internal letters in this website? It is a crime, whoever you r if you get caught oneday you will get punished surely. Don't do all these just to get likes and ratings.
