Half of the 12863/12864 HWH YPR Exp is always filled with so-called patients from Katpadi to Kolkata. Those patients are mainly not sick of physical ailments, but they've developed a mental ailment within themselves that if treated in CMC,Vellore is equivalent to treatment in US.Actually they're more than 80% physically fit.
Any idea of the costs of treatment in CMC Vellore as compared to the hospitals in Kolkatta?
You found it coarse because we have a current tatkal model to compare to. If you compare the practice is many developed markets this is the model they have. Planning is key, if not then pay for it
God may send some one to india to drive the india and indian railways to know that flexibility is in the hands of public only. All public should ask the politicians in their locality by arranging public open meetings per every 3 months in the presence of media. Development is in the hands of people .. from god we can have blesses only. Doing nothing is more than crime. Doing some thing in right way is equal to blessing of the human. People never forget Morarji and Jotibasu..
