Speedup is possible after electrification of Guna Gwl. One more rake can be introduced but Kanpur Lucknow connection will be best.

Recently Gwalior Poona Express has been upgraded. Soon Jhansi Bandra, Jhansi Gwalior Ratlam will also be upgraded. We should expect Kota Etawah Express to upgrade soon. Because it has been upgraded in express just for namesake, harkatein saari passenger waali hi hein.
Infact Intercity cum fast passenger Jhansi Etawah Express runs faster than than this Train.

This train provide Connectivity to smaller station so upgrading it to SF isn't acceptable, it will led to remove several stoppage.
They should speedup TT, atleast avg of MExp should be given.
