Indian Railway has overcharged rs150 in a blank paper ticket ticket actual cost is 590rs and they took 740rs. Ticket was book on counter of Allahabad jn Date 10 jan 2019 does any one have Idea?

This is not for the first time i have travelled in blank paper ticket earlier i traveled from bhubaneswar to bilaspur (Hirakud Express) and from bilaspur to bijuri (bilaspur chirmiri passenger) on that time no extra charges were taken
