Some checking and safety facilities constraints might have caused this. Or maybe permanent removal of this halt is planned as it is not too far from SSM and AUBR
Permanent removal is not possible because when it comes to passenger capacity, Dehri On Sone has always done a great job in DDU-Gaya Section. Despite having less trains than SSM, Dehri On Sone is very close the yearly revenue collection of SSM.
And there is no comparison between AUBR and DOS whether it comes to no. of trains or the revenue.
