What is the requirement for a proposed new route to be added in our IRI Atlas. Like I want to create an imaginary train to Baddi through the proposed Chandigarh Baddi line. So what part of project must have been done to actually put that line in Atlas

No it can't be added only Land acquisition is done not Land levelling and track laying job. So it cant be added in Atlas also for such Land levelling and track laying pics should also be there for that section so that we could have such solid proof.
