I had filled a TDR passenger not traveled !!
This the reply from IRCTC/IR
REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:6509088894, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : CCR050512V02601/25.06.12/CR and the reason being : 14861-CR/OL12 As per chart, passenger has travelled In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at tdrprocess@irctc.co.in With regards, TDR TEAM

Word of Caution:
Filing TDR can cost your Agent ID for filing False TDR.
Because the system is corrupt and all knows what a TTE dose in train to make money and railway has no solid system to verify berth occupancy.
Ether tell costumer that once charted eTicket can not be cancelled or please submit certificate issued by Railway that the Passenger has not...
