Does any one have any feedback on Mysore-Howrah express which runs once every week? There is no pantry...any other issues?

so it looks so many issues. I have only this options (3A) it seems since I needed ticket urgently for my wife and kid to travel. Now I am thinking I pay agents for a Tatkal or go with this options..what do you suggest? Thanks for all the info.
OK, 10 mins late is not a big deal..but any other major issues? At least it will run for sure..right?
