This is the validity of ICMS!! Do you know, SBC Covid Raj is slower to SBC Raj (110 vs 130 MPS) & if you dont know, then check it!!
Further, SK Covid given higher Section speed in PRYJ Div to make for low MPS @ DLI Div, which was nowhere needed by slower SBC Raj Covid in AGC or JHS Section!!

Why can't SK carry load of PNBE Rajdhani ? Infact it does carry AC passengers of PNBE Rajdhani..Both are highly popular trains for Patnaites,for Delhi..Yes people prefer Rajdhani more due to obvious reasons..I myself have done it a numerous times before switching to flights..2309 towrads NDLS and 2394 towards PNBE.
Except few railfans onboard,no one really care whether 2393 OTs 2559/2367 or not..A well maintained, puntual train is what most of the passengers demand and thankfully SK ticks most of the boxes.
I think this blog is unnecessarily getting into speculations like kya...
