No one can escape. There is proper checking at entry. Only passengers who has valid long distance train travel tickets are allowed to enter with car inside. Park ur car inside , you board train and then ur driver will take ur car back after dropping you. Earlier Volvo bus to Airport used to start from this road, now buses not allowed inside. Only small vehicles allowed inside Howrah station.
