Chennai EMU - என்னோட உயிர் டா நீ

I was surprised to see the AC waiting hall at CBE though it is there for the past 2 yrs or more. I was in a thought that only higher class passengers can use it. But today when i went to the station to sentoff my friend,who is an actor in malayalam Tv serials, who need a privacy, was having only an open ticket which was supposed to get upgraded by the TTE onboard. So with a dilemma, i asked the attender who was there at the entrance whether we can use the AC waiting with the general ticket. He said it is for all passenger by paying 15 rs/hr.
