Super example of poor execution by IR.
Jo train Bogibeel se hai wo slow 100kmph wale Lucknow Moradabad route per dal di.. ((and there is no hope for high speed from Lucknow and Moradabad even in next 20 years))
Kya faayda mila iska ... no overall speedups..
NCR route 130kmph wali train ko Bogibeel per dalte to 36 hour me Ndls...
