more... was my first journey after i started know about railfanning and loco classification etc...
I was completed 8th standard, and in may vacation we planned to go to Dehu Road, Pune.
In May 01, 2017. Me, My gradma and my own brother boarded Jolarpettai - Arakkonam MEMU Express to go to Pattabiram, from were we will join our aunty and family.
Jolarpettai - Arakkonam Express was called by Second JP in local.
Came at sharp time 7:55 to Gudiyattam we boarded the train and i got a window seat.
Seen RPM WAP7 with Kovai at Katpadi Pf 1
Sorry Couldn't remember trains and locos i seen upto Arakkonam.
After Arakkonam our train will go to chennai suburban terminal, so we were not needed to change another local train.
While departing Tiruvallur, I can hear a diesel loco horn, that time i'm in a mindset that there were no diesel trains between mas-sbc line, so it seemed different to suddenly i saw the train, the loco was EMD
WDP4D, i can't read the train's name although we were running parallel. But now i know its Sainagar Shirdi - Chennai Central SF Express, Such a unforgettable moment.
Between Tiruvallur to Pattabiram i saw a small goods yard and seen BZA WAG-7 twins standing with a goods.
And Lalbagh parallely Overtook us at MPS with RPM WAP7
And deboarded at Pattabiram nearly by 12pm
