Ya i have seen them ages back.
80-90Km/hr should be fine and good in these areas especially from Titwa to Nainpur.

also old alignment can be used for doubling process in forest free areas, just like CBE-PGT section of SR
CBE PGT has gradient issues as CBE is situated at 400M above and PGT at 80M so they had different alignment.
Ya they can take this case and work out for second line but it will be complex for sure as distance to be laid will be more.
