With this new terminal getting inaugurated, my expectations are:
1. One dedicated SWR Bangalore Mumbai train reaching TCTB by 0700 and departure by 1900. Can be a triweekly via DMM, GTL, RC KLBG SUR and triweekly via YPR bypass, UBL and once a week via GTL BAY GDG SUR.
2. One dedicated Bangalore Mangalore night train. (SWR).

4. One daily night train to CBE or PGT or Guruvayoor (SR train).
5. One triweekly Bidar train via GTL KLBG (SCR).
6. Triweekly to Puducherry via KPD VM. (SR)
7. Triweekly to Vasco via Mysore, Padil bypass, Udupi Karwar. (SWR).
8. Intercity express to Trichy via Hosur, Salem Namakkal (SR).
9. Biweekly to Villupuram via KPD, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Melmaruvattur.. SWR
10. Dedicated Tirupati train overnight on weekends SWR. This can be via Kolar, Madanapalle after new line is commissioned.
