Is there anything named as RB presently in IR? I sometimes really doubt. I looks like there is some confusion everywhere. RB chairman today saying something, changing tomorrow. RB chairman saying something, Zones saying something. Timetable of a train is changing everyday, Zones r confused, passengers r confused what is the actual TT of a train. Passengers are harassed waiting at stations for trains, some missing trains also as TT is getting changed regularly. I think even Timetable publications is stopped now looking at the frequent changes in TT.
After MOSR chair got vacant , also RM having 2 to 3 portfolios , cannot manage all efficiently. Total confusion everywhere. I think...

Everything will be SOLD to private companies, so govt is less interested. Railway Budget is stopped many years before. IR is no more a public transport. Wherever there is loss, govt is stopping that. Small halt station where ticket sale is less, IR will close name in the name of RATIONALISATION. Similarly, loss running trains are permanently Cancelled, even some profit trains are Cancelled to make way to private trains. Passenger trains r converted to Express train to loot more money from passengers, Normsl trains r running as festival special train to loot extra special charge from passengers.

Howrah-Chakradharpur-Howrah Express special started with NO elimination of Stops over CKP Division.
Today i travelled crossing Chakradharpur in morning. Today noticed few Utkrist ICF coaches were kept at Chakradharpur Pitlines. From a speedy train couldn't spot clearly but saw few ICF coaches were kept there and some track maintenance work was going on there. Any information about it??
No idea about those, may be using for some camping coach or they were designed for Covid!
But CKP-HWH pass was also standing in the afternoon, after it completed its first run from HWH, it too had a few Utkrist coaches and few blue ones.
