Max 10 Year plan should be enough. Planning for 30 years is absurd given the track record. Having short targets will help in achieving the targets. No one knows how things will evolve in upcoming decades.
What was planned for 5 years in 2015 itself is not completed and now planning for 30 years.

Anything post 2031 in plan will be changed based...
